Data collected includes:

• Full Name, Email Address, and Mobile Contact Number
• Landed Property Installation Address
• Monthly Electricity Bill amounts and current Electricity Retailer details
• Property roof photographs, single-line diagrams, and SP Group connection records
• Firebase Account UID and authentication tokens

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

Your personal data is collected and processed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore for:

• Evaluating landed roof solar panel suitability and generating savings estimates
• Preparing residential solar supply contracts, single-line diagrams, and SP Group connection applications
• Coordinating rooftop scaffolding, mounting installation, and electrical commissioning
• Managing customer portal account access, document storage, and maintenance support

3. File and Photograph Storage Security

Project files, single-line diagrams, and installation photographs are stored securely in Google Cloud / Firebase Cloud Storage in the Singapore region (asia-southeast1). Internal operational notes, cost structures, and supplier invoices are strictly isolated from customer account views through server-side role-based access control.
